What you will need:
Three eggs
Salt and pepper seasoning
Ham (organic)
Cheese (your preference, I like Emmental or Gruyere)
Splash or oil / butter
What to do:
Whisk three eggs
Add your seasoning
Get a hot pan with oil or traditional butter.
Then it’s all about the wrist action and jostling the mixture into an omelette-type affair
Add your mixture fromage et jambon (ham and cheese)
